Had the day off and stayed home all day. Walked over to Carlos's house this morning for a short visit with him. When I left his house , walked to my mail box. While at the PO box a deer ran across Pace Bend Rd just a few feet from me.
The deer did not make it to the other side, a white truck zoomed by and whacked it dead. After that I continued my walk and ended up at Ronnie's house where we set in his yard and visited for about a hour.
