Even after taking a couple of laps on one of UT's all weather exercise tracks I still had to hold my coffee cup while wearing gloves. This mornings temperature in the low thirties was not about to keep me away from the early start of the Longhorns largest swimming meet of the year. I spent the morning at UT's Jamail Swim Center watching the prelims then walked up to the Texas State Capital to look at the Capital's Christmas trees. Later I went to the Blanton Museum of Art for their weekly program and toured Teresita Fernandez's Blind Landscape exhibit. Today's program at the museum took place inside the Blind Landscape exhibit. The program was a modern dance interpertation of the exhibit. I was going to stop at one of UT's libraries but I decided to beat the traffic out of town and instead stopped at the Bee Caves Library on the way home.
