It tried to snow around 12:45 PM but it only lasted a few minutes. I did not let the weather slow me down and went ahead with the plans to attend the grand opening of the new organic grocery store in Bee Caves. The NEWFLOWER Farmers Market was about like I expected except the prices were much better than I thought they would be. The store reminded me of a mini Whole Foods Market. There must have been at least 30 different product table set up inside the store and all were giving out samples. I chose a weird combination of samples, Blue Bell vanilla ice cream and sushi with rice. I spent the rest of the afternoon at the Bee Caves Library.
