Walking makes me feel better mentally and physically. Glad you've started walking again. I used to think I had to get out and walk for an hour or so but you would be amazed how just a little 20-minute walk can help. So now when I'm just sitting around and I think so I don't want to go for a long walk make myself get up and just go for 25 or 30 minutes
