A armadillo rooted up my yard last night.  A hot day today, 100.8 degrees. One of the neighbors stopped by today with his dog. He told me he would be gone for a few days and ask me to watch his rv in his absence.

He and his son are going to El Paso to pick up a 1956 Ford pickup and will trailer it to Dripping Springs.  The 1956 Ford cost $40,000 and his son is paying cash for it.  Supper was salad, fried okra, bake potato and stuffed bell pepper.
