High winds late yesterday blew several things off my roof. Today I climbed up onto the roof and replaced most of the stuff but I never found one thing, by now it could be on the other side of Lake Travis. Walked over to Harm's Hideaway this afternoon, the bait, tackle and beer store a stones throw from my front door will not open this summer.
Large wild fire in Spicewood this afternoon, I could see the smoke from my house, but it is now under control and never posed any danger for me.
Looks like a full night of TV, something I rarely do on a week night. Nova, Frontline and Independent Lens, three hours of PBS television.
