After about a week delay caused by a shipping screw up, the package of pharmaceuticals I ordered for a neighbor finally arrived via FedEx late yesterday. This morning as I left for Marble Falls I dropped off the package at the neighbor's house. I thought I would be late for the start of the Rodeo parade but like all parades this one did not start on time either so I was on Main street in downtown Marble Falls with ten minutes to spare. The parade was larger than I expected! After the parade I went for a swim in Lake Marble Falls. I will be in that same spot Sunday morning to watch the start of the Marble Falls Triathlon. The athletes take to the water at 7 AM. I'll have to get up real early if I am going to be at the starting line when the contestants jump into Lake Marble Falls.
