Between 2:45 and 5:30 AM this morning the neighborhood and all the surrounding area  lost electrical service multiple times. The power went on and off ten times before being fully restored. Sunday was a day of weather watches for the whole area but my neighborhood only got a five minutes of falling ice pelts and eight hours of below freezing temperature.   On the way to Lakeway this morning the electrical outage had affected the traffic light at RR 620 and State  Hwy 71, causing my commute to be increased by fifteen minutes.  After finishing the days activities I went to an Art in Public Places Exhibit only to find the exhibit in the process of changing so I did not get to see anything.
