Two lectures on Thursday.  The first lecture took place at the Blanton Museum of Fine Art with the subject of the lecture being Cuban Art.  The second lecture entitled Law and Policy of Military Detention  took place in one of the court rooms at the University of Texas School of Law. William Lielzau gave the lecture.  He is the United States Deputy Secretary of Defense and Deputy Legal Adviser National Security Council.  He holds degrees from the US Naval Academy and Yale University. Today was the last of my lectures for the week, it took place in Marble Falls TX. A member of the Houston Fire Department  gave a lecture entitled Safety It's Your Responsibility.
