The manager was gone again today and wouldn't you know it,  we had a water pipe break.  I raced over to the water well turning off the pressure tank so our 12,000 gallon water holding tank would not empty out.  Then got someone to repair the busted pipe and turned the water pressure tank back which gave everyone water again.  Supper was refried beans, flour tortillas and eggs with potatoes, onions and tomatoes.
