The new neighbor moved in today. He's never lived in an RV and has only had this motorhome for three days. I remember when I got my first RV and I needed a lot of help so I helped him get his gray and black water hook up a temporary connection and answer all his questions.  The RV Park owner came by to see if he could assist in any way.  I sent him to the hardware store for some parts.  The manager got back around 5 PM and called to thank me.  Supper was fried jalapeno cornbread, salad and tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, turkey and potatoes with soy and garlic.
